Jacq Babcock, ALMFT (they/them) is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. They received a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University. Jacq also studied for 7 years with a spiritual teacher in Seattle, WA where they learned many tools to incorporate holistic approaches towards wellness. They specialize with the LGBTQIA+ community, and Jacq is poly, kink, and fetish informed.

Jacq combines a style of using reflective questions to help increase internal awareness, coupled with identifying concrete action steps, so you have a clear direction of how to create the changes you are seeking. Jacq believes in a person-centered, strengths-based approach that helps to inspire others to create change from a place of empowerment.
