Megan brings a rich and diverse professional background to her clinical work. Prior to joining Konick & Associates, she worked in a community mental health center, supporting individuals and families from a wide range of cultural, socioeconomic, and clinical backgrounds. This experience strengthened her ability to meet clients where they are, navigate complex life stressors, and provide thoughtful, accessible care to those facing multiple layers of challenge.

In addition to her clinical training, Megan’s earlier roles—as a literacy tutor with AmeriCorps, a preschool aide, and a camp counselor—deeply inform her work as a therapist. These experiences fostered her patience, creativity, and ability to build strong, trusting relationships across developmental stages. They also shaped her strengths in working with children, young adults, caregivers, and individuals seeking support during periods of transition or personal growth.

Megan is an empathetic, patient, and open-minded clinician who tailors the therapeutic environment to each client’s unique needs. She uses an integrative approach to therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating elements of play, art, and somatic therapies when appropriate. Her background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) further supports her work with neurodivergent individuals and their families, particularly in understanding behavior, communication, and social-emotional development.

Megan believes that therapy begins with establishing a foundation of safety, trust, and collaboration. From there, she works alongside clients to build coping skills and individualized strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan, including adults with flexible schedules, caregivers, college students, and others seeking supportive, daytime therapy options.

Megan is honored to walk alongside clients and families as they navigate their mental health journeys and work toward their personal goals.

Megan is under the Supervision of Sandra Lukashevich, LCPC, NCC, Clinical Director.
