All clinicians at Konick & Associates are W-2 employees. This is intentional and reflects both ethical practice standards and compliance with Illinois and federal employment law.

Our W-2 model ensures:

Konick & Associates is committed to developing the next generation of excellent clinicians through a structured, high-quality training program grounded in clinical rigor, mentorship, and professional integration.

Our internship and advanced training program follows a train-to-hire model, designed to support trainees in developing the core clinical competencies, professional identity, and practical experience necessary for successful transition into licensed clinician roles within our practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

We hire licensed clinicians and trainees at various stages of training—internship opportunities are available.  As an insurance-based practice, therapists and counselors applying for employment at the practice are expected to have obtained their associate level licensure in order to be eligible for insurance reimbursement.

25 billable sessions per week, with 30 client openings per week to account for cancellations.
